An MVP (minimum viable product) is the smallest version of your product that real users can use and that shows whether the idea creates value. Starting with an MVP reduces risk: you invest in the features that matter most, learn from real usage and decide on the next steps with data instead of assumptions. We help define a scope that is small enough to launch quickly and complete enough to be useful.

Many founders start without a technical co-founder. We guide technical and product decisions at leadership level, including strategy, roadmap and architecture, so you gain senior technical direction without the long term risk of an early hire. The product decisions stay yours; we make the trade-offs behind them clear.

Speed comes from focus. We define priorities before building, so development concentrates on what the launch actually needs, and a focused prototype validates the direction before effort is scaled. The first step is a free strategy call. We look at your current situation and goals and assess together whether we are the right long term partner for your product. For most startups less than feared, but not nothing. Certain AI practices such as manipulative systems or social scoring are banned since February 2025. Since 2 August 2026 transparency duties apply: users must be able to tell that they are interacting with an AI, providers of generative AI must mark generated content in a machine-readable way, and deepfakes must be recognisable as such. The strict rules for high-risk AI, for example in recruiting, credit scoring or education, only apply from 2 December 2027 after the postponement by the EU Digital Omnibus. A typical chatbot or text feature usually does not fall into that category. We classify your planned AI features during the concept phase so you do not have to rebuild after launch.
